You have the right to receive a written estimate before your move. We provide clear, detailed quotes with no hidden fees – what we quote is what you pay. You also have the right to a copy of our tariff, which outlines our rates, rules, and service descriptions.

As a federally licensed interstate mover (MC #566953 | DOT #979213), we comply with all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations. For interstate moves, you’re entitled to receive the “Your Rights and Responsibilities When You Move” booklet, which we provide during the estimate process.

You have the right to be present during weighing procedures for moves charged by weight. You can request to observe both the empty and loaded truck weights at a certified scale. We maintain full transparency throughout the process.

If you have concerns about your move, you have the right to file a claim for loss or damage within nine months of delivery. We take claims seriously and work diligently to resolve any issues fairly and promptly.

Your Responsibilities

Payment and Timing

Payment is due upon delivery for local moves, and before unloading for long-distance moves, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, certified checks, and major credit cards. Personal checks require prior approval.
